Longacres Bagshot is the largest independent garden centre in the south of England and the flagship store to the six Longacres sites over three counties. This fantastic family run centre was founded by Peter and Mary Long in 1979, and is now owned and run by their three children, Carol Long, Julie Erridge and Nigel Long. Starting as a plant nursery created by the family, the business has grown exponentially over the years to now employing over 800 members of staff across all stores.

This large and modern garden centre covers a nine-acre plot of land stocking an array of high-quality garden, home and food products at unbeatable prices. With over 10,000 varieties of shrubs, bedding plants and houseplants throughout the seasons, you are guaranteed to find the perfect specimen for you. Not sure what you are looking for? We have free parking for over 550 cars, dedicated disabled spaces, use of free wheelchairs around the site, toilets (including parent & toddler, as well as disabled), an outdoor play area for children and a range of shopping trolleys (including disabled and child).

We can also provide assistance carrying your purchases to your car upon request.

Planning on purchasing multiple heavy bags of compost or aggregates? Our dedicated compost drive thru is open 7 days a week with a range of our best-selling bark, compost, fuel and stones. Simply drive up, pick what you need and pay – our members of staff can even load your car for you!

The Greenhouse Cafe Bagshot, previously known as Caffe Amore, started over 15 years ago as a simple kiosk in the covered plant area serving coffee and cookies. Our menu has expanded over the years with breakfast and lunch options made from local ingredients and cooked fresh by our incredible chefs. Now the perfect place to meet with friends and family, this 350-seat café has a menu filled with an array of freshly made homemade hot meals, sandwiches, cakes and drinks, including vegetarian options. We also have a gluten free and vegan menu available upon request.

Don’t worry about needing to book a table, simply turn up and grab a seat.
